Do not violate third-party rights

By submitting content through the Services, you grant GoodPow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, analyze, and display such content solely for operating, improving, and providing the Services.
We do not claim ownership over your content.
The Services may interact with or link to third-party websites, APIs, or platforms. GoodPow is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or accuracy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODPOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodPow from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Legal Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of your data. GoodPow is not liable for data loss or corruption.
You consent to electronic communications and acknowledge that electronic agreements satisfy legal writing requirements.
California residents may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs if a complaint is not resolved.
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodPow. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
